Sandals Have Me Dreaming of Spring
This winter has been a long one. Punxsutawney Phil predicts an early spring and it can’t come soon enough for me. I have been dreaming of warm sun, shorts and sandals. Maybe if I rub one of these pairs of sandals hard enough, my wish for a warm spring will come true. Doesn’t work that way? Shoes are magic. You never know what can happen when you put on a good pair of shoes!

• Dolce Vita Cait Slide – Slides will be everywhere again this year. These animal print slides are on trend and super stylish.
• rag & bone Arc Flat Sandal – These are in my cart. I am crushing on these hard. I like to buy a new pair of black sandals each year and these are top of my list this year.
• Sam Edelman Stacie Sandal – Snake print will be everywhere this summer. Floss straps are also going to be big but they aren’t always practical for most older women as they don’t have enough structure. These are close enough to be on trend but offer a little more support.
• Free People Mont Blanc Asymmetrical Sandal – I have been coveting these sandals for a few years. I finally pulled the trigger and I am so glad I did. They are so darn comfortable which is not something I generally say about a sandal. I got them in black and I am thinking of picking them up in tan leather too.
• Birkenstock Arizona Soft Leather – How cute is the rose gold? Birkenstocks are back and apparently everyone and their mother’s are adding them to their closets. My daughter got them in white and I am eyeing the rose gold.
• See by Chloe Glyn Flat Espadrilles – Do espadrilles every really go out of fashion? I think not. So why not invest in a high-quality pair? I find the better the quality, the more comfort and support.
• Dr. Marten’s Blaire Adjustable Strap Sandal – Every fashion girl has already jumped on the dad sandal trend. These Dr. Marten’s are the perfectly chunky option with buckles which are another big trend for spring.
• Paul Green Morea Lace-Up Sandal – Love this understated take on the gladiator sandal trend.
• Schutz Women’s Noemi Crystal Sandal – The juxtaposition of flat slide and super crystal bling makes these sandals just so great. I can see these slides paired with ripped denim or a wonderful white eyelet summer dress.
• Sam Edelman Holmes Ankle Strap Sandal – I have been wanting a hot pink heeled sandal but have found it hard to find one with a walkable heel. I love these so much, I went back and bought them in black.
• Vince Parks Sandal – Another great option for the Teva style, dad sandal.
• Gucci GG Marmont Sandal – These sandals are just so splurgeworthy! They will never go out of style and they are Gucci. Need I say more?
• Zadig & Voltaire May Studded High Heel Sandal – I don’t usually buy heels but every once and a while, I see a pair I really like. Honestly, I am a sucker for studs on almost anything and these sandals are not exception.
