SPRING 2019 ACCESSORIES PICKS
The other day, I was at the mall making a return to J.Crew and the women who helped me, besides being oh so nice, completely inspired me to up my accessories game. She was channeling her best Jenna Lyons (and yes, I know she is no longer with J.Crew). She had on a simple but wildly chic outfit. Honestly, it was just a crisp oversized white shirt, untucked and some ripped baggy jeans with a cute pair of flats.

The thing that made the outfit next level was her statement earrings. They were the perfect balance to her understated outfit. They definitely brought the WOW! And I can’t stop thinking about them. Now spring is almost here and bright statement making accessories are everywhere. The J.Crew salesperson inspired me to up my accessory game and here are my top picks:
1. Oiselle TRUCKER CAP – I wear my trucker cap all the time here in CA. It is perfect for a lazy afternoons at the park or any bad hair day.
2. Lele Sadoughi BROADWAY HOOP Earrings – Bright colors are HOT for spring. I love these statement earrings in beautiful pastel colors.
3. MONICA VINADER Riva Diamond Hoop Ring – Dainty rings are a perfect balance for big earrings. Stack them or spread them out on every finger.
4. Jennifer Behr Gretal BARRETTE – Pearls are another trend for spring. An easy take on the trend is a dainty clip for your hair. Look for styles that are the antithesis to your mother’s pearls.
5. Westward Leaning Voyager SUNGLASSES – I love my clear rim readers so much, I had to have these clear rim sunglasses too.
6. SORRELLI Artisanal Statement Earrings – Wear these with a simple white shirt and ripped jeans to put the spotlight on these stunners.
7. Maison Irem Beaded COIN NECKLACE – I picked up a coin necklace in Sorrento last summer. The trend is still going strong. I love the red beads on this one.
8. MARC JACOBS The Tag Tote – A hot pink purse is an instant style update for spring.
9. Monica Vinader Siren Medium Semiprecious Stone STACKING RING – Another wonderful dainty ring. This time with a colorful stone.
10. NAMJOSH Tie Dye Scrunchie – Tip toe into the tie dye trend with this cool scrunchie.
11. SHASHI Carolina Earring – Beachy adornment is another big trend for spring. I think SHELLS sometimes can be too costume-like. These are simple and almost look like pearl drops. So cute!
12. BaubleBar FAIDRA Thin Drop Acrylic Hoop – Tortoise shell accessories can sometimes be overwhelming. I found these to be on trend and an understated. I can’t wait to wear these.
13. Carolina Santo Dominque Amphora CROSSBODY BAG – Definitely SPLURGEWORTHY! This green bag is just so on point.
14. ROSANTICA Brazil Layer Necklace – Love this necklace for spring with it colorful beads and Hamsa hand.
15. Cam Jewelry Ascending ZODIAC Necklace – They have sold out all the Scorpio necklaces but I love this Leo one to honor my son. He is my not-so-little-anymore, lion.
16. B-Low The Belt Farah BELT – I saw this belt on WhoWhatWear and hunted it down. It is just so extra! I had to have it.
17. Echo Stripe PACKABLE Fedora – Keep your face out of the sun with this adorable fedora that packs easily.
18. Shashi Lilu SEED Bracelet – A spring take on a bead bracelet. Too cute!
19. RAY-BAN RB4371 Oversized Round Sunglasses – I always wear Ray-Ban they are super light and definitely COOL. Love the pink of these glasses.
20. PITUSA Pisco Bag – Colorful straw bag! Yes, please!
21. rag & bone Ellis BUCKET HAT – Love the understated nature of this bucket hat.

23. CHAN LUU Neckerchief Scrunchie – Scrunchies are definitely back and this BANDANA print one is oh! so! good!

27. HAVAIANAS Slim Tropical Floral Flip Flops – Is it even summer if you don’t wear FLIP FLOPS? Havainas are a cult favorite.
