Every year, my husband either buys his gift or gives me specific instructions on what to buy. Honestly, it isn’t a bad thing. I have no idea the difference between one fishing pole and another, and invariably I would buy the wrong one. Last year his list included a harpoon. A freakin’ harpoon people! #fishermanswifeproblem.
Either way, I like to get him a few things, I think he should have. Do you know what I mean? For example, last year I got him a nice backpack. He used the same pack most of our marriage, and it has been on countless camping trips, and he would be fine to keep on using it, but I want him to have a backpack for “good” and keep the other one for camping.
